Problem:
Volymen är alltid på 67% efter inloggning
Lösning:
- Gå till INSTÄLLNINGAR (klicka på START, dvs WINDOWS-flaggan nere till vänster på skärmen, och sedan på "kugghjulet")
- Välj SYSTEM i det nya fönstret som öppnas
- Välj ENERGIALTERNATIV till vänster och sedan FLER ENERGIINSTÄLLNINGAR till högerspalten
- I det nya fönstret, välj ANGE HUR STRÖMBRYTARNA SKA FUNGERA i vänsterspalten
- Välj ÄNDRA INSTÄLLNINGAR SOM FÖR TILLFÄLLET INTE ÄR TILLGÄNGLIGA
- Avaktivera sedan AKTIVERA SNABB START (se bilden)
- Spara & stänga alla fönster!
- Starta om datorn
Ladda sedan hem den senaste drivrutinen för datorn. Du hittar den på www.hp.se och välj sedan SUPPORT, PROGRAMVARA OCH DRIVRUTINER & PROGRAM samt BÄRBAR DATOR (se bilden)
Fyll i produktnumret i nästa ruta. (som du hittar i HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT)
When windows has reloaded, download the Realtek HD Audio installer on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77717.exe
When done, hold down the Windows key and press R
Into the Run window, type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
In Device Manager, expand Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Right click the Realtek device and select Uninstall - you should also get a prompt to remove the current driver, tick the box to allow this and then proceed with the uninstall.
When complete, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the following link.
